    This invention relates to a noise agent for insertion into a diaper or bed liner, and to a diaper or bed sheet comprising a fluid-tight and fluid-tight layer forming a reservoir for collecting a liquid dispensed by a person.
    For example, EP1023024 describes the arrangement of a wetness indicator from an SAP-containing layer near the back by means of motifs. There is no indication in EP1023024 of the emission of noise by the wetness indicator. EP0021492 discloses a display based on the measurement of the altered pH.
    The toddler or person must be undressed adversely so that the wetness indicator is visible according to EP1023024 or EP0021492.
    Furthermore, electronic measuring systems are known, for example, from http://science.orf.at/stories/1733184/. However, placement of necessary circuits in wet areas is not accepted by mothers or caregivers.
    The invention discussed in the following has the object of producing a signal through a moisture indicator without electrical means, which is perceivable without direct visual contact with the diaper. Undressing the person wearing the diaper under their clothes should not be necessary.
    According to the invention, this object is achieved by a noise means comprising at least one component which is reactive with water and / or other constituents of the urine or the fluid and whose reaction causes a noise, so that the noise means simultaneously acts as a moisture indicator.
    In preferred embodiments, the noise means comprises a rigid but brittle outer layer which is water-soluble and / or water-permeable, in which the component reactive with water and / or other constituents of the urine and / or a liquid is trapped. When the outer layer is water-soluble and includes a water-reactive component therein, the sounding agent of the invention comprises two water-reactive components.
    The entrapped water-reactive component is most preferably one which, upon reaction with water and / or other components of the urine and / or a liquid - due to the high level of urine but especially water - releases a gas which spontaneously escapes from the interior of the outer layer and thereby destroying their fragile structure, causing a noise (" cracking ").
    In particular, the rigid but brittle outer layer is composed of a plurality of cells, each containing a portion of the water-reactive component, such that the gas formed in the reaction with the water breaks up a plurality of cell walls of the outer layer almost simultaneously, thereby increasing the volume of the outer layer Noise is increased. The outer layer may be made of natural or artificial materials, such as (poly) saccharides or plastics, depending on whether they are to dissolve on contact with water or only to be water-permeable. For example, sugar, i. Sucrose, highly water-soluble and image-prone, rigid layers well suited for the purposes of the present invention. Alternative examples of water-soluble materials are lactic acid polymers and copolymers thereof with glycolic acid, which optionally reinforces to form corresponding hard, cracking " structures or may be modified.
    As a component included in the outer layer, in accordance with preferred embodiments of the present invention, in principle any one which releases a gas upon contact with water, a liquid, urea and / or other constituents of the urine which causes the outer layer to rupture. For health and cost considerations, it will preferably be one or more substances which, upon reaction with water, release CO 2, i. particularly preferably to substances which decarboxylate on contact with water. Various organic carboxylic acids or salts thereof and inorganic salts such as carbonates and bicarbonates may be considered.
    For health and cost reasons, according to the present invention sodium carbonate (soda) and in particular sodium bicarbonate (baking soda, edible soda), in pure form or in the form of baking powder, i. added with acidifier, preferably. However, due to the usually acidic pH of the urine, the (hydrogen) phosphates usually added as acidulants can be omitted.
    As an alternative to the above preferred embodiments, however, the at least one water-reactive component may also exclusively form the outer layer or a part thereof, eg if a gas is already trapped inside a water-soluble outer layer, the disadvantageous dissolution of the outer layer is again spontaneously released and further, unresolved walls of a cell structure of the outer layer breaks up, whereby - in analogy to above-again the noise is caused.
    For example, the use of so-called " crackle spray " possible. This comprises sugar as an outer layer material which is melted under pressure in a CO 2 atmosphere and then cooled. Here, gaseous CO 2 is referred to as " propellant " trapped in sugar, which dissolves in the partial dissolution of the sugar wall, it crackles.
    It is also possible to use products which are marketed under the name of pop sugar or nitrate bath.
    The invention disclosed herein also relates to a diaper or bed insert which comprises a fluid-tight and fluid-resistant layer forming a reservoir for collecting a liquid which is dispensed by a person.
    The possible embodiments of a diaper described below are also to be applied by the person skilled in the art to the implementation of a bed insert.
    Noise is inserted into the reservoir of the diaper as described above, which acts as a wetness indicator of the diaper. The insertion of the sound medium into the diaper may occur immediately before the person's angles. The sound medium and the diaper can thus be purchased separately from the consumer.
    The advantage of using the noise generator as a wetness indicator is that the person does not have to be undressed to read the wetness indicator. Preferably, the means for generating noise produces at least as loud a sound that it passes through the clothing and is easily audible to other persons. The noise (crackle, pop) is well distinguishable from other everyday sounds.
    The noise is preferably an unobtrusive sound, such as crackling, which lasts only a few seconds. The diaper according to the invention has the advantage that only the wetted or flushed agent generates a noise. The noise is limited to the period limited by the dissolution of the layer and the release of the propellant. If the agent is used up in the respective area by dissolving the layer and by dissolving the propellant, no noise will be heard until a noise is again generated by the wetting or flushing of the agent in other areas.
    In case of incontinence of the person, the person may be alerted by the sound on the urine entering the diaper.
    The noise generator may be integrally formed with the layer forming the reservoir of the diaper. Preferably, the agent is incorporated in the layer.
    The diaper may comprise an insert for receiving the liquid. The means may be stored in the liner such that the noise occurs upon wetting of portions of the liner or flushing of the liner.
    An insert typically comprises a liner layer and a liner core which can receive fluid. The agent may be enclosed as a powder, gel or solid in the liner layer. The liner layer is for this purpose for the fluid, but not for the middle pervious.

    CLAIMS 1.
